local, quality contractors, designers and craftsman we are
able to deliver a finished product in a timely manner all
while staying within budget.

The Financial Concierges can also take care of all of the
FF&E needs that can seem overwhelmingly daunting at
the start of a renovation.

The Financial Concierges most recent renovation project
included our own portfolio’s Doubletree Guest Suites
Dayton/Miamisburg. This project included all aspects of
a major property improvement plan including new carpet
installation throughout the hotel as well as all
wallcovering.

Each guest room received new furniture including a
working desk, ergonomic desk chairs, sleeper sofa, easy
chairs with ottoman, coffee table, headboards, and night
stands. New artwork and lighting were the finishing
touches to the complete room overhaul.

New furniture for the lobby, banquet room and restaurant
completed the interior make-over, while a complete
resurfacing of the pool deck and re-leveling of the
sidewalks made the exterior seem like new.

The Financial Concierges are also able to provide
renovations on a smaller scale as we did with our Cedar
Falls and Waterloo Country Inn & Suites properties. This
project consisted of providing new televisions, bedding
and pillows in all guest rooms as well as a fitness center
overhaul which included all new equipment.
