Ms. Bursey, a well known hospitality industry expert for the past forty nine years, has been instrumental in providing hundreds of millions of dollars worth of loans for the hospitality industry. She is recommended by officers of the major Franchise Companies and brings her wealth of lenders and investors to our group.
Ms. Bursey has a Master’s Degree in Psychology and has owned eight Franchised Hotels and managed many others for clients. She serves as Asset Manager currently for four hotels and brings her expertise in the hospitality industry to The Financial Concierges.
Her view of our industry is that of our Company - to deliver to the clients the fairest price available in the industry and to provide that price to the client with management services above all others. With Ms. Bursey’s contacts in the industry this Company becomes unique to the hospitality industry as to the combination of expertise and services rendered. She stands ready to assist the clients as well as
management in any financing needs they might have while serving as Chairman of The Financial
Concierges.
Jessica Distel, CPA, MBA - Manageing Director of Finance jdistel@financialconc.com
Ms. Distel is the Company’s CFO and brings a Master of Business Administration as well as her Bachelor of Science in Financial Accounting (with her CPA License) to The Financial Concierges. She
graduated from the University of Findlay with GPA of 4.0, reflecting her true grasp of any challenge she meets.
She has served recently as Controller for four franchised hotels – two Carlson Hotels located in Waterloo and Cedar Falls, Iowa, a Hilton Doubletree in Dayton, Ohio and a Wyndham Garden Hotel located in Prescott AZ. She prepares the monthly quarterly and annual financial statements and supervises all accounting functions of the in-house hotel controllers. She manages the cash, reconciles the statements and does our cash flow forecasting. She audits our hotels frequently and provides detailed reports as to those audits to the owners and our Company. All factions of the hotel accounting fall within her responsibility.

Ms. McEntee-Smith graduated from Capital University with a degree in Organizational Communications and has served in various marketing fields ranging from non-profit organizations to professional sports teams, media and retail since.
Teamed with experience in event planning, public relations, marketing, advertising, sponsorship and professional entertainment, Ms. McEntee-Smith brings a fresh perspective to traditional marketing philosophies.
