Prescott Wyndham Garden Hotel hosts Humane Society's record-breaking annual fundraising gala

Prescott, AZ - Pet friendly Prescott Wyndham Garden Hotel played a major role in supporting the Yavapai Humane Society by hosting their 2010 Cristter Cruise fundraising gala. Partnering with the Prescott Wyndham Garden Hotel, this year's gala raised the most money in the organziation's 38 year history.

The gala took place July 31st at the beautiful Prescott Wyndham Garden Hotel. Guests visited four "ports of call" throughout the evening which included being transported to the exotic locals of Alaska, the Caribbean, Hawaii and the Mexican Riviera. Each "region" featured theme decor and buffets boasting authentic cuisine from that area's locale to help set the tone of the evening.

JT's Island Steel Band of Phoenix provided festive Calypso music and Mark Cordes, celebrity comedian/auctioneer, lead the live auction.

Auctioned items included a 7-night Alaskan cruise, hot-air balloon adventure, San Diego Wild Animal Park trip, Wailea Beach Resort & Spa trip, among many others.
